Step 1 - Say hello
Book a call or fill out a contact form and we can have a chat about who the film is for, key moments, and the vibe you want. I’ll suggest ideas and answer any questions you might have.
Step 2 - Make a booking
A simple deposit secures your date. Every booking includes a 100% love-it-or-refund guarantee-if I deliver the agreed scope and you’re not happy, I’ll refund you in full.
Step 3 - Story Prep
You’ll get my Story Starter prompts and a private upload link. This is where we start to get a idea of how your video might look and the kind of photos/videos we would like to include.
Step 4 - Filming day
I set up in a cosy spot at your home or at a previously arranged venue and guide a 20–30 minute conversation inside a 2–3 hour visit. We can pause, laugh, cry-whatever shows up. Not “good on camera”? Perfect. That’s real life.
Step 5 - The Craft
I edit your words with your photos/videos into a 5–10 minute keepsake. You’ll get a Rough Cut to review, with two revision rounds. Typical turnaround: 4–6 weeks.
Step 6 - Delivery & Backup
You receive a private streaming link plus link for downloads. Depending on the occasion, different delivery methods are available and will be discussed in Step 1.
